I so wish I could make myself dive into Revelation more. The same thing happens when I read any apocalyptic novel...I can't see it clearly enough and get frustrated in trying to figure out what should be "real" and what should and so give up. I think I need a commentary to go along with it...that would help.
The first church I was in as a brand new Christian was doing a verse-by-verse study of Revelation. How's that for one's first real introduction to Bible study?!
I can only try to imagine what the sounds will be when reading your scripture...glorious sounds no doubt that are more than doublefold of when there is a glorious Church service in which you can feel the Holy Spirit moving that moves one to tears. Lovely photo to go with your scripture. Happy New Year. Peabea@Peabea Scribbles
The sounds we'll experience in heaven are truly impossible to imagine. I love the part of Handel's Messiah where these phrases are repeated - so beautiful - and that will be nothing in comparison to what we hear in heaven.
Beautiful photo! May you have a happy and blessed 2018!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Joanne. I know it will be blessed!

ReplyDeleteThank you,Rebecca. Alleluia to our omnipotent King of Kings and Lord of Lords!
