Such a beautiful picture and verse! We've been praying for peace in our household this week as our oldest is sick with pneumonia. We need winter to be over and we need rest and oddly enough this period of illness has brought us together for more cuddles and has been a great reminder to slow down! Happy Sunday!
Your scripture is a much needed balm today. Your photo is great example of Peace. Over the years as I've woken to snow covered/ice covered trees and the world outside, it's like nothing can touch but Peace. Beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful! It is so true. The Snow squalls this time of year just blanket everything in such peace. Have a blessed Sundsy!
ReplyDeleteYes, peace is exactly what I saw in those snow-covered trees, and it is peace that Jesus brings to my heart, mind and soul.

ReplyDeleteSending up prayers for your precious son!
DeleteMy favorite verse! My favorite rendering of it is in the Amplified Bible, classic edition.
ReplyDelete"Let not your heart be troubled...." If only we would always remember and live that great truth!
