I've always enjoyed living in the light even as a child in our secular world. Can not understand those who enjoy anything that seems to bring dark with it. I was a young, married mom living during the 70's era that to me seemed so dark because seemed the world was in a crazy place. Drugs, and seeing people who I would never have imagined over-dosing and killing themselves. I had thought all that behind us, but seems it is back. Yes, give me the light any day, and Jesus' way provides that. Beautiful photo.
Oh, how I also wish those dark days were behind us, but here they are again. Evil touching new generations. Lord, help our light to shine brightly enough that others we encounter could avoid that pain.
Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Joanne.
DeleteAmazing that Jesus's perfect light can be conveyed to us as we follow closely. We can have it and we can BE it!
ReplyDeleteLove all the blues in your image!
Amazing is a great word! Thanks, Michele.
DeleteLately, I've been thinking a lot about living in the Light and letting the Light live in me!
ReplyDeleteCertainly a profound thought. I'm certain I shine "brighter" on some days than others. Working on that!
