I have found myself thinking more on this verse since my birthday last year. I am hardly old yet...only 54...but I have seen enough friends and family members pass away that I begin to see more clearly, where we are headed and what is important to keep in mind while we are here.
Sorry I missed your comment on Sunday. I soooo understand what you're saying. If we could always keep in mind *where* we are headed (in light of eternity) and what is important while we're here, the world would be a much different place, wouldn't it?

My husband and I both experienced our flesh as grass this past week - withering indeed. God's Word was so faithful in helping to sustain us!
