Sunday Reflections

Thank you for the great comments last week. I didn't have time to respond as we were busy with my brother visiting us from out of state. Had a wonderful time showing him the Keweenaw!

All is well in the Keweenaw.

    1. What a blessing it must be to sit with a cup of coffee and watch them take flight in the morning breeze at first light! Thanks for sharing that.

  4. Your beautiful picture matches the scripture perfectly! I wonder about your technique sometimes. Does the scripture come first or the picture?

    1. Thanks so much. I do pray about these photo/verse partnerships. I rarely leave my house without my camera, so I tend to have a stockpile of photos in queue. As I look through them, a verse or theme will often spring to mind; but the verse will sometimes come first in my Bible reading & I'll look for a photo to pair with it. My head seems to be on a creation theme right now, so I'm sure you'll be getting more of that in coming weeks.

I appreciate this photo living in the Ocean State! ;-)

Thanks for sharing the perfect Scripture verse to go along with it.

  6. Every day is such a reminder of this lovely creation when you think of all the places; mountains, islands, countries, the amazon, etc. In winter and Summer, it is still God's canvas and each day is something anew. Thanks for the lovely reminder of the beginnings. :)

    1. As I heard someone else say recently, if you ever doubt that God has a sense of humor, google Saiga antelope! Be sure to look for a profile photo!
