Sunday Reflections - Father's Day!

A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches,
and loving favour rather than silver and gold.

    1. The Houghton/Hancock/Lake Linden area (south of us) suffered some horrible damage early Father's Day morning. 7" of rain overnight Saturday into Sunday caused terrible flooding. The rushing water ran in rivers down the steep hills in these towns. Washouts, sink holes, roads destroyed, homes and basements damaged. So sad. Please pray for those affected.

  8. So true in taking pride in a good name. Perfect scripture reminder there are things more valuable in life. Hope all dads in your world had a nice Father's Day.
