Sunday Reflections

(Same historic church as last week, but snapped from the opposite direction on the same December day.)

Thanks to all who prayed about our trip to Marquette and my dental implant procedure last week. The trip was definitely trying at times (whiteout conditions), but we made it back and forth without incident - and I survived my procedure - although the aftereffects haven't been exactly pleasant. I'm now on the mend and seeing improvement each day. Amen!

Let us ponder today the unconditional love our Heavenly Father has for us. Even with all our failures and sinfulness, He isn't ashamed to call us His children! Oh, that we would return even a small portion of that love back to Him and never be ashamed to declare our faith in Him!

All is well in the Keweenaw.

  1. It knew him not...so sad. But I guess in reality a knowing God knew that it would be that way. Praise Jesus for the outcome that we are saved by a loving God. Thanks for sharing at Sunday Scripture Blessings. Glad all went well with your appointment. :)

  3. So glad you are on the mend! I can't imagine driving in those conditions AND recovering from surgery. You deserve a very nice spring ahead of you, Julie.
