  1. What a beautiful verse and view! You are instilling a praising spirit in me this morning (MUCH NEEDED). Thank you for that, Julie.

    1. Isn't that praising spirit something we all need? I'm sitting here with an aching lower back from standing in my kitchen far too many hours in the last week, but the pain is good. I truly enjoy the process of putting on some beautiful music and making a big Thanksgiving dinner - knowing we'll have leftovers for days! I'm so thankful for all my blessings - especially the blessing of coming to know the Lord at the age of 18. I can't imagine how my life would be without Him.

  2. So many things as I gaze through your window to see to be thankful for. The trees, the beautiful hue of the blues out there, the sky even and hidden sun, the glass that protects your home; so many things that are a given. And best of all the gift of Him to be thankful for. :)

  4. The picture of the cathedral window drew me in! What an amazing view!

And what an amazing God we have, to bestow upon us the gift of His son Jesus. Indeed, an unspeakable gift!

    Blessings,

    1. Thanks for your nice comment, Karen. It's impossible to find a word to adequately describe the gift of God's Son, isn't it? I guess that's why the Bible says "unspeakable!"
