Fall Color in the Keweenaw 5

Since it was such a beautiful day in October when we took the majority of our fall color photos, we decided to treat ourselves to a nice meal at the best restaurant in Copper Harbor.

Bacon-wrapped whitefish? Of course!

Every table in the restaurant has a water view!

The sun came out and illuminated the Copper Harbor lighthouse.

We had a lovely, peaceful meal watching the water. . .

and ducks.

After leaving the restaurant, we left Copper Harbor via Hwy 26.

We followed the shoreline. . .

and made one last detour to the Eagle Harbor marina before we headed home.

You can see by the red light that the Eagle Harbor lighthouse is a working lighthouse.

We had a gorgeous end to a great day.

All is well in the Keweenaw.
