You would never see this in Saginaw or Bay City, and this picture was take before 10:00 PM. Looks like a scene from Pottersville on "It's a Wonderful Life" The only thing that is missing here is George Baily.
Hi Marty: I understand what you meant to say. The webcam photo looks like a scene from Bedford Falls, not Pottersville. Bedford Falls was the nice, friendly town with George Bailey. Pottersville was the nasty, wild town it would have been if George Bailey had never been born. Yes, Calumet is a pretty peaceful little town. We had a good trip to and from Marquette today. There was a bit of snow on the roads this morning, but the drive was so beautiful. The sun was coming up and the trees were flocked with snow. Ahhh! We stopped at the Hilltop Restaurant in L'Anse for dinner on the way home. The food was good. We brought home a doggy bag and 2 of their giant cinnamon rolls.
